Designed to support a variety of budgets, ZiB's full-service agreements offer discounted rates. Our monthly maintenance plans include preventative maintenance to ensure your computer hardware and software systems remain in excellent working order.

Server and Network Services. . . You’ll benefit from ZiB’s budget-conscious approach and eleven years of Microsoft and Apple server installation experience. Our Microsoft Certified team leader will custom-design your server and network system, install and trouble-shoot your new equipment, and provide remote management 24/7.

Monthly Maintenance Plans. . . We’ll take care of that virus before your network comes to a screeching halt. We find and uninstall the files and spyware your employees, kids and Aunt Pam visiting from Portland downloaded. We’ll catch the failing motherboard before it crashes and loses all your data. Your time is worth a lot and you’d rather spend it with family and friends than in-line at Frys.

Monthly Service Level Options. . . Designed to support small to medium companies and a variety of budgets, we offer four Monthly Service Level options. Beginning at 10 hours per month, you can select up to 80 hours of IT service and enjoy deeper discounts.
